Derek Couturier is the owner and lead inspector of True Site Home Inspections, serving Phoenix and the East Valley. With a background in construction, electrical work, and home remodeling, he brings practical, real-world experience to every inspection and understands how homes are built, maintained, and repaired.
As an InterNACHI Certified Inspector, Derek is licensed and insured in Arizona and follows nationally recognized Standards of Practice. He is committed to providing thorough, unbiased inspections while helping clients understand not just what issues exist, but what they mean and how they may impact a home's safety, function, and value.

Kim Couturier supports client communication, scheduling, marketing, and agent relationships for True Site Home Inspections. As a licensed Arizona REALTOR®, she understands the home buying and selling process from both the client and agent perspective and is committed to providing a smooth, professional experience from scheduling through delivery of the final report.
Kim helps ensure clients receive timely communication, helpful resources, and the support they need throughout the inspection process. Together, Derek and Kim have built True Site Home Inspections around the belief that exceptional service, clear communication, and education should be at the center of every inspection.
